Important informartion for smaller compost deliveries
Our compost is delivered by Fastway couriers. Please note we cannot deliver our compost with any other couriers. Returns or refunds will only be accepted when the compost is returned to us at customer's own cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Important Information for larger Deliveries:
We ask that you plan ahead for your delivery.
The delivery truck is large, it has a tail lift to drop the pallet at the rear of the truck, there is no means to move it any further. There is no guarantee that the truck can access your driveway, then the pallet will be left by the kerb.
If the lorry arrives to you and delivery is turned away there is a charge for a return delivery. We will refund part of your order but you will be liable for the transport charges which can be as much as €100.00 per pallet.
PLEASE NOTE FULL PALLET ORDERS ARE LEFT KERBSIDE ONLY. They are too heavy to be moved with pallet lift.
