Sure! Keeping the soil temperature cool is key. You can add a thick mulch on the soil to keep it cool and moist even in warm weather. Ensure it's well watered in warm weather. You can also try to plant it somewhere that it doesn't receive quite as direct a blast of sunlight on vey hot days, or provide shade cover on hot days. Broccoli is tricky as it requires a long period to develop, but the fluctuations of Irish weather make it hard to protect during that time!
